Anatomy and Physiology IGrade “C” or better in the past five years
Anatomy and Physiology II
Grade “C” or better in the past five years
Microbiology
Grade “C” or better in the past five years
General Psychology
Grade “C” or better in the past five years
English Composition I
Grade “C” or better in the past five years
General Education
One course in social/behavioral sciences; mathematics; fine arts; humanities)
Grade “C” or better in the past five years

Active, unencumbered LVN license in Texas upon applying to the bridge program
One year (12 months) of experience as an LVN -evidence working at least 75% of the time (submit resume)
Must be able to meet the health requirements and job duties of a Registered Nurse (See Catalog)Cumulative GPA on pre-licensure LVN/LPN program of 2.5 or above (submit an official transcript with application)
Criminal History cleared through the TBON- a blue card or declaratory order required before the first day of class
Must pass a urine drug test upon acceptance and continue to pass random tests while enrolled
Immunization Records- these will be submitted once accepted into the program. Students will receive instructions on how to present their immunizations. Students are also required to provide needed additional enrollment documents as outlined in the School Catalog.

Title IV Financial Aid will not be available for the first class; programs must be in place one year before the Department of Education providing the opportunity for applications into the system.
Workforce Solution- VNI is a partner with workforce for students to apply if they meet eligibility requirements

Class Schedule: Tues/Thurs 8-4:30 pm
Hybrid proposal: VNI is requesting a hybrid program where some classes will be 100% remote.
Students will need to have wifi, laptop or PC, camera, and audio available from home.
